Care Info

Care InstructionsWe want your tees and prints to last as long as possible. Ensure you cold wash inside out with like colours. For the 3d Titty range a spot/hand wash is best to prolong the life of the velco attachment. 

Before Wearing*Please ensure you wash your shirt before wearing for the first time. We do use pre-treatment that remains on the garment until washing. (safe for infants) Do not expose to direct sunlight prior to washing.  

What is this weird mark on my shirt? 
Due to the preparation process before printing our shirts, there may be a slight yellowish discolouration on some of our lighter coloured shirts or a shiny outline on dark colours. We spray a salt/mineral based pre-treatment solution. This is an extra step we do to prolong the longevity of our prints. (Some brands opt not to do this for light colours however we want ours to last as long as possible)

This process can sometimes cause discoloration on light shirts or leave a shiny finish/white specks on dark shirts. This is temporary and will come out after washing. Please ensure you wash your shirt before wear and follow the care instructions.

Before you email us we request to read our FAQ section as your answer is probably there. The same person that makes your items is the same person that responds to your emails, reading our FAQ section may already answer your query and allows us to continue making your goodies.

Exchanges

If your parcel is returned to sender by Australia Post for failing to be collected from the post office or for inputting the wrong address you will also be asked to pay for the shipping again when your item is re-sent to you.


Australia Post charges $9.20 for a return to sender
The postage charge to send it back to you is also $9.20.

The total cost to resend your parcel after failing to receive it the first time is $18.40.
This is at no profit to us, we are organizing it to be resent out and this postage is paid to Australia Post.

Important Info before ordering

Hey there we want you to have peace of mind when you order from us so please note the following. 

  • Shipping - Since covid Aus Post has removed all transit guarantee times, this means we also do not guarantee postage times. Express post is still the FASTEST way to get your order and is prioritized by Aus Post. We recommend choosing Express Post, we've made our rates super cheap! (AU Only)
  • Sizing - most people say our sizes are generous, please check your cart, check our size chart and ensure you are happy with your sizes. We make the tees just for you based on your selection.
  • Made to order - we pack, print and create our goodies from our Home in Perth, WA. Your order is made just for you. Please bear this in mind when you order, if you can't wait for a made to order item to be made it's probably best to hold off until the hectic season passes.
  • Processing time - Our processing time depends on how busy we are. EVERYONE wants a PIECE OF BREAD! (Our stuff is pretty amazing and you can't get it anywhere else) Please bear this in mind when you order. Our current make/print/pack time is 12 to 29 Business days. We put our stubby fingers to work 7 days a week!
  • Christmas Delivery
    Please see below our cut off dates for Christmas Delivery. We have cut our dates off a little early due to the high volume of orders and want to ensure it's there for Christmas.
    Internstate 
    Standard/Express Shipping - Last day to order is November 15th (AUS ONLY)
    Western Australia - Standard/Express Shipping - Last day to order is Dec 5th (AUS ONLY)

  • Contact Us - At the moment we cant respond to enquiries as fast as we would like. Our posts have be seen by over 1 million people worldwide in the past month, along with this comes an enormous amount of enquiries. Please bear this in mind when you order, we have made our FAQ section as detailed as possible to answer all your questions.

Returns

Because we custom print according to your order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for a change in mind about the garment type or size you have chosen. We have done our best to provide you with as much information about the garment type and fit but if you have concerns prior to your purchase, our team will happily help you via chat or email to select the garment that is right for you. 

Please email us if you have any concerns. 

  • RETURNS/REFUNDS
    Each item we produce is uniquely yours and has been made just as your ordered. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. Please check over the size guide and item details before ordering, if you have any questions prior to ordering just send us a message and we'll do our best to assist you.
  • Sale items cannot be returned
  • Custom/Made to order items cannot be returned
  • Change of mind/Delayed by Post - we do not offer refunds for this reason
  • I don't need it anymore - we do not offer refunds for this reason
  • If for any reason you have received a faulty item or it is damaged in transit please contact us for a repair.

    Please note before ordering, we are a mom and pop shop, your order starts to process immediately, we have carried out the labor and used blank materials for your order. If our make times/processing/transit times do not suit you, it is best to hold off on ordering.

Shipping

Answer: When your order is confirmed, you will receive your order details and number through email and when it's being shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order.  The tracking email ends up in the spam box 99% of the time. 

Please note it is a minimum of 12 business days to make your order. As much as we would love your business if you can't wait for a made to order item to be made it might be best to hold off on ordering.

PROCESSING TIME* We are currently in peak season. Due to extraordinary high demand, please allow a minimum of 12 - 29 business days to make/process your order. This does not include delivery time.


We understand this timeframe isn't ideal at all, we don't like it either but this is the reality of our current demand. (Everyone wants a piece of BREAD and we're truly grateful) We're currently looking at more manpower and producing in advance in the very near future.


Processing - As soon as you place an order it is moved into the print/craft/make queue depending on what you ordered. Some items are made more quickly than others. Choosing express shipping does not speed up the make process.

We make, pack & dispatch our orders in chronological order. We advise getting your order in as soon as possible to secure your place in the queue to get it in time for Christmas.

Why does it take this long? - 

  • Our merch is the best and is in CRAZY HIGH DEMAND, we make hundreds of items weekly and work 7 days a week to get your orders out
  • Quality Quality Quality, even though we're new, we also have a super high return customer rate. 
  • Our fabrics are high end, you can't find it in your regular department store. We encourage you to google it (200gsm ring spun air-lumed 100% cotton)

Quality is our priority! We set our DTG machine to operate on the Highest Quality Setting, this also means it's the slowest but our prints come out looking amazing.

Operating for 16 hours a day with 3 of us on board the max amount we can print is 120-140-/+ depending on the print. Some shirts can take up to an hour plus if it's 3d.

Please note it is a minimum of 12 business days to make your order. As much as we would love your business if you can't wait for a made to order item to be made it might be best to hold off on ordering. We hope you return when we have expanded and are able to pump out orders like a big business.

Australia Post advises the last day for Christmas Delivery for standard post is December 8th however we cannot guarantee this. We do recommend choosing EXPRESS Shipping for your order as this is prioritized in the Aus Post network.

Once your order has been place it starts to be processed immediately. Due to our extremely high volume we unfortunately cannot guarantee address or order amendments can be made once an order has been submitted. If you do need changes please email us the same business day, we cant guarantee we can fulfil your request but we'll do our best to assist.
